Refund Policy

Refund Policy for NB Live:

All ticket purchases for this event are non-refundable, except as required by law or under the specific conditions outlined below.

1. Cancellations by the Organiser
If the event is cancelled by the organiser, all ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of the cancellation notice.

2. Event Postponement
If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement.

3. Ticket Transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may pass your ticket on to another individual. No need to notify us - the ticket will still be valid at the door.
